Need to Achieve Confident Oligonucleotide Characterization and Purification?

This event is now available on demand.

Event Overview:

Oligonucleotides have grown to represent an increasingly important class of therapeutic modalities. Most oligonucleotides (OGNs) are chemically synthesized using a 4-step cyclic process of the growing oligomer. Thus, the complete characterization and purification of the desired OGN is necessary, before moving to the next step. In this webinar presentation, we will discuss how you can confidently analyze the OGN purity and the related impurities, and determine its sequence, followed by the efficient purification of OGNs with respect to lengths of OGNs and possible modifications.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • Oligonucleotide identity, impurities analysis and sequence determination using LC/Q-TOF and BioConfirm 12.0 target plus impurities (TPI) and sequence confirmation workflows
  • Ion-pairing free method using LC/TOF and HILIC enabling accurate and repeatable analysis of diverse oligonucleotides
  • Improved purification of OGNs by combining improved instrumental setup with modern IP-RPLC chromatography as well as fraction analysis with both LC-UV and LC-MS detection
Who Should Attend:
  • Oligonucleotide Analytical Method Development Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide Purification method Development Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide Process Development Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide QC Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide CDMO Labs
